James H. Furey, CFA
Prior to Founding Spyglass and Furey Research Partners, Mr. Furey was a Managing Director and Head of The Furey Group at Neuberger Berman. Previously, Mr. Furey ran Small Cap Strategy at Lehman Brothers and was a member of the Lehman Brothers Equity Research Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Furey received a BA in History in 1983 from Princeton University and an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1988.
Jeffrey J. Burton
Prior to Founding Spyglass and Furey Research Partners, Mr. Burton served in various capacities at Morgan Stanley including Head of Fundamental and Quantitative Equity Research and as the Managing Director in charge of Research Product Development and Marketing. Mr. Burton earned an MBA in Multinational Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in English Literature from Trinity College.
Christopher M. Gaito
Prior to Founding Spyglass and Furey Research Partners, Mr. Gaito spent 9 years at Morgan Stanley in Equity Sales & Trading. Mr. Gaito served as a Vice President in US Institutional Sales, in Japanese Equity Sales and as a member of the US Equity Product Marketing and Development team. Mr. Gaito received his BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
John C. Galvin
Prior to Founding Spyglass and Furey Research Partners, Mr. Galvin was a Vice President and a member of the Furey Group at Neuberger Berman, where he assisted Mr. Furey managing small-cap assets. Prior to that Mr. Galvin was a member of the Small-Cap Strategy team at Lehman Brothers, which he joined in May 2002. Galvin received his BA in Economics in 1993 from Georgetown University.
Aditya S. Karande, CFA
Prior to Founding Spyglass and Furey Research Partners, Mr. Karande was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman, where he assisted Mr. Furey in managing small-cap investments. Prior to that Mr. Karande was a Vice President and member of the Small-Cap Strategy team at Lehman Brothers, which he joined in May 2004. Mr. Karande graduated with Honors from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research. Mr. Karande is a CFA charter holder.
